How to open a ZIP file.
Using the link sent to your email upon order completion, download the zip file to your computer (it will be a large file, so it is recommended to use a computer not a phone).
Then either double click (MAC) or right click (Windows) to “Expand All”. From there you can move folders to where you want to store them locally. More instructions can be seen here.
Files and folders.
Each DigiArt print will come in 6 different frame/paper sizes in separate folders.
Each DigiArt print file name will be the name as seen on each of the main set pages plus the frame/paper size (Ex, the “Bear” animal print will be bear-16×20.jpg, bear-11×14.jpg, bear-A2.jpg, etc).
Figure 1: Zip file will open up main folder (you can save this folder locally with everything included)
Figure 2: Inside of main folder are folders for each available frame/paper size
Figure 3: Inside each frame/paper size folder are the files to be printed
